Banks Offering Home Equity On Non Occupied Property
Does anyone know the names of nationwide banks offering home equity loans on non occupied properties. Bank of America is one but are there any others. The home is in New York. Thanks.

Typically you need to have a judgment from small claims court or something similar. Contact your local small claims court for additional info. on garnishment.
