You can pull most of your statistics out of thin air. Nobody will be able to refute them, because, youre right, the statistics are not compiled anywhere.

The problem with getting statistics from small business people in general is that the small businessman soon realizes that reporting high profits results in high taxes. And keeping a low profile is beneficial in many ways.

To minimize taxes, they tend to try to minimize reported profits with a variety of methods, some legal, some not.

Good luck trying to capture info from the hidden trusts, LLCs, Corps, partnerships, individuals, etc.

I have my FOR SALE and FOR RENT signs made by supercheapsigns. They are corraplast with step stakes. I have room left at the bottom for an arrow and any writing that I want to do. They end up costing about $1.5 each.

You probably tried this, but if your area is online just go street by street and of course if the owners address is out of state, that is what you are searching for. I am lucky, my area is online so I can check for free what properties resell for and the like. IF not maybe try the default tax list. They for sure have a list on that. Best of luck!

Call a title company rep & see if they can get you a list. My title rep can get me a lot of free lists.
