Bandit Sign
Not sure I know what is meant by a Bandit sign. I didn't find it under investment terms section.
Are Bandit signs those signs you see along the road that state "bad credit, no credit, okay", "no money down", and close in 7 days?
Bandit sign is the "I Buy Houses" signs on the road
