Baltimore City Envior. Fines//Liens
Hey folks just wondering if anyone have my issues last oct & dec 09 i received a fines from balt city for trash left out side by my tenant i decided to request a hearing still waiting but while waiting i kept receiving these lien letters if i do not pay a lien would be put on prop i kept calling and was told to ingore the letters its a computer generated letter until last week i received another letter with the fine doubling and a lien on property i called this morn and was told ignore letter until i get court date what the world is going on in balt city.
i finally decided to just pay the fine and get the money back from the tenant to my surprise when i went to pay the fines the office had a few people in line waiting with the same issues i have come on bmore wake up.
