Balt City Water Bill.
I have a tenant who travels usually water bill is approximately 65 to 75 dlrs the last bill i received in jan was 400dlrs i contaced the water authority and was told they were going to reread the meter something was wrong after repeatedly calling i am now being told the meter was correct and they do not know what happen now mind you i did a leak test and everything is fine also the reading is the same reading they did when they first came out like i explained to the young lady if i had a leak in house the reading would be different i am now being told to dispute the bill what in the world is going on in balt city
royal is right about the lien situation its crazy anyway i am now waiting for a hearing but while i am waiting on the hearing i have to pay the bill because i am going to incur late charges and a turn off notice BALT CITY what a joke. not to mention the enviormental dept. wow.
