So here are the questions that I have.
What, if anything.. can I do to get those multiple CA for the same debt off my report?
how do I get the CA (NELNET) to report to the other agiencies my current good payment status?.. do I want them to report that I have been making timely payments?... or should I just let it be?
any other adivise on how to get my rating up and clean this up would be great.... obviously ... I need help
Well first off I am not sure what steps you have already taken so some of this may be duplicate information.
The first step is to dispute any inaccurrate information. If they can't confirm the debts then they have to be removed from your Credit Files. I would guess that a couple of these may fall off if that is the case.
The next step if they continue to show is to contact the two CA that don't currently have your account and ask them to update the CRA information as a closed account or better yet remove the information. Clear state that you dispute this information/account.
If they fail to do that, pull your credit 30 days after you contacted them and make sure each of these accounts has a statement that says something to the affect of a consumer dispute.
You should do all of these contacts by certifed letter. Now send a final certified letter stating that you are going to take legal action under the FCRA to get these corrected. State you know they don't have your account any more as you are making payments to another CA. Also if the statement that the cosumer disputes this information is not on your credit report either, make that point also. The 1st violation of reporting inaccurate information and the 2nd violation of not reporting disputes gets you $1,000 a piece, plus damages.
Be prepared to go forward with this. One you file they will contact you immediately with corrected information and ask you to drop the suit. Say you will for $500 if you want. Personally I have always told my clients not to stop as you gave them plenty of opportunities.
Make sure you have your ducks in a row and the FCRA is a powerful weapon to get these corrected and pay you for damages. Most CA know that comsumers are uneducated about the FCRA and they abuse this fact.
Good Luck
WOW!!!

If you give me your email, I also have another document with great info on repairing credit. Good luck!
it will not let me e-mail or PM you for some odd reason.
You need to be a paying member to e-mail or pm other people. I would say it is worth the small fee to become a basic member.
There is tons of information out there on the web. If you do Google searches for Free Credit Help, Free Credit Assistance, Fix your Own credit, etc and read all the free information they provide that would be the best start, along with reading the FTC's website and reading 3 times the FCRA.
The majority of any credit fixing advise is based on the FCRA and I am constantly surprised at the number of people that do not even know it exists.
There are companies that do will do the work for you. One I know of guarantees results, charges like $500 to get in with then and then $30 a credit line per CRA. They get into the highly technical aspect of misreporting, etc. Some of what I touched on in my original post.
My cleints have recovered $16,752 to date from Collection agencies that have misreported information. Small drop in the bucket for them, but once people start paying attention and start doing this more, they will get their ducks in a row.
