AZ Trustee Sale
Hello,
Have a question about a property which
is going to sale.
Wife took title as sole and seperate and
took out a first Deed of Trust.
Couple years later she deeded the house back to herself and her husband
and they together took out another loan.
This was done with a grant deed which is usually not used in AZ.
Anyway, can I assume that the loan they
took out last is in second position and being wiped out at Trustee Sale even
when a new deed was recorded.
Never found something like this.
