AZ Tax Lien Sale Question
I was looking up parcels 1 year ago involved in the tax lien auction and several were auctioned over and over again for close to thirty years. Why did none of the lien holders ever file for quiet title? This seemed to be the case on a number of properties. What am I missing here?
