Does anyone have a line on a credible attorney to work with in the Chicago area? (Doing subto deals) I have yet to find one who is on the same page as I am concerning investing.

I have just made contact with an attorney who has been an investor advisor, broker, hard money lender, and general real estate guru for past 20 years. He is organizing a group of individuals to share their expertise in various subspecialties in real estate investing to present seminars to REIs. I'm focused in pre-foreclosure acquisitions and loan origination for real-estate investors. If he passes mustard, I'll let you know.
