Attn DCREI- Help With Baltimore?
I was wondering if anyone can provide insight re. the Baltimore mkt. I have been studying it for a few months and its a bit overwhelming to say the least. I have $100 cash to buy but cant seem to find the right area. Canton/Ridgleys Delight/Federal Hill are all to $$$. Anyone have any ideas for nice areas that I can buy and hold and get a steady rent check. Thanks so much!
