Has anyone used the Tenant Stream service? If so, please give us some feedback. I have 4 properties to fill on L/O, and I am considering signing up for this service. If anyone outside of Atl has used the service, I would appreciate your feedback as well.

First time I've seen that company. Looks interesting. I do agree with some of the statements in their "clients say" section. The easy part is finding the good deal. The hardest part is definitely getting the property marketed and sold/rented.
I have two completely rehabbed houses in Forest Park - a 3/1 and a 4/1 I am trying to L/O now. First time home-buyer stuff. I'm not desperate enough to pay someone $695.00 + $285.00 per month. Yet.
Maybe we should talk about ways to help each other - referrals and the like.
