Assignment Of Redemption Rights
I'm in the state of Kansas, which has at least a 90 day redemption right period.
I'm looking for a good letter to offer families some money for their Redemption Rights. I also wouldn't mind helping them out before the Sheriff's Sale, I check the count house and try to find homes that have at least 30,000 profit margin between the lein and the FMV. I also drive by and look at these properties. I would like to talk to the people is to see what the property looks like inside, if I were to offer them some money before the foreclosure what amount would you verterans suggest??? I guess my main problem is wanting to see the property inside. Thanks
