Assigning
I am a new investor and am looking into an assignment deal for my first project (I want to assign a deal to somone else). What should i look for in order to find a property worth assigning? Should the asking price be much lower than the FMV in order to create instant equity? If so, how much equity is reasonable to create interest for someone wanting to buy my assignment?
