Assigning VA Foreclosures?
Can you assign a VA reo property contract? If so, is the process the same as standard assignments? If not can you explain how I should proceed with assigning my contract to another investor. Need Help ASAP. Meeting on SUNDAY with investor! Thanks in advance for any advice you can give!
I can't remember if VA will let you or not. But, if they don't, simply put the title to the property into a trust or an LLC and then assign the interest in either entity over to your buyer.
I've never done this but heard about others doing it. Anyone else have any insight?

I have heard of this method also but was unsure of the practice itself. I,too, am looking forward to a response from anyone who has used this method successfully.
