Assign Contract
will the property owner get mad if you assign the contract and will he back out if he sees the you for example that you just got a extra say $5.000-10.000 more for his property what do you think[ Edited by blue2002 on Date 05/02/2004 ]
I am usually upfront with the current owner. I ask them, "what is the figure you want to walk away with?" Then I structure the deal accordingly. They could care less what everyone else makes.
