Yes this siding is still available, but you might do a google search to find out where. All one needs to do is slide up underneath it using a tool like a slate jerker or slim jim. Slim enough to get behind the broken piece and hook onto the nails and gently but firmly jerk until you actually break off the nail head and slide it out. Replace with a new piece. In some instances you will have to predrill and surface nail then caulk with a good sealant and paint to match existing.

Good question. Some of the siding tiles on this property are chipped on the bottom. I too wonder about availability of replacement tiles.
