i have a signed-accepted contract. Is there a way around this?

If you are placing offers on 2 or more properties and they request earnest money deposit on all-WHAT DO YOU DO?

    Earnest money isnt mandated by state law for a real estate contract. You can offer no earnest money or offer a low amount and let them know your buying multiple properties and have earnest money spread on multiple units. If you have a funding letter shoudnt be an issue.
