Strting An Equity Fund
I have dome a fair amount of research into starting a equity fund.
Specifically, and offshore targeting investor in the EU.
Is there anyone else on the board interested in such an endevore?
NNN is typicall commercial but can be residential.
A company that runs group homes in the area is tight on cash. I have approached them to do a purchase lease back, where the SFRs whould be leased back on a NNN basis.
There are tons cof commercial property managers ot there.
