New To Real Estate
Although I am new to Real Estate all together I have a long background in sales. I recently decided to become a Commercial Real Estate agent. I got in with a great firm in Philadelphia that has a fantastic reputation.
I just wanted to know if anyone here had some general advice for someone just getting started in the market. What I lack in experience, I more then compensate for with my ambition and motivation and I am excited to begin my journey into the Real Estate game.
I would like advice from both sides of the table if possible. I would like to hear from experienced Commercial REALTORs to see if you have any tips. I would also like to hear from investors. What are you looking for in an agent? Would you be hesitant to work with someone who is just getting started?
Thank you in advance!

Do you specialize in any product types?
I am available to do anything. However, I have been focusing on apartment buildings with 10+ units.
