Motivated Seller BUT...
I have a motivated seller who is willing to work with me to purchase a 2 b, 1 bath house for FMV suject to the existing but he wants to sell the extra lot attached to it seperate. Is there a strategy that I can offer to him to move the deal along? He is expected to leave out of state by June 2008. There are no other offers on the table. Mortgage payment is about $1200, which fits into the FRM of $1200-$1400+ on LI. Please give me advice.
