  did you read the contract to see if assignments are allow.

  Assisnments are not allowed, but I am not assisning it. I am buying it with his money, and have a seperate agreement with him to quitclaim it over to him after my closing.

  For future reference..."Your name and/or Assignee" would prevent any problems. Lenders and sellers could get upset.
