Argus Or Planease For Analysis?

I am tired of building my own spreadsheets and catching all my own mistakes.
Which software do you think is the best choice for a commercial developer who does subdivisions, new construction, rehabs and improving land?

I have never used a prepackaged software program for estimating a development budget. I have always made my own spreadsheets and adjust them with each deal as different deals have different components to it. I have used some stuff for estimating home construction but that is an entirely different ball game than development. I suggest you learn excel enough to be able to make your own spreadsheets- this way you will know what is in the budget and what is not.
