Bread and butter - basic housing for folks who make average or below average incomes. Nothing fancy.

Of course there are such areas. There are people who have average or below average income. They all live somewhere.

The reason i asked is becaused in a Ron Legrand Course, he said that you can make more money in higher priced homes........He also said that he used seller financing. I' m not sure seller financing and Sub2 are one in the same. So i posted to make sure.

Forgive me if this was a stupid question

There is a strong possiblity to increase profits with larger priced homes. Yet on the flip side, there are fewer families to qualify for these homes.

Seller financing is wonderful when you control the properties equity and can create flexible repayment terms to the buyer.

I can make more $ in higher priced neighborhoods?

    Hmm.

I used to think that until I realized that the majority of America buys with a medium or just below medium income.

Case in point. My family and I own a bait and tackle store in Wisconsin. We also sell a few boats here and there.

Our #1 model of boat that we sell? Any model at or below 3k. Sure we have Chargers, Skeeters & Rangers, but the absolute #1 selling boat is any boat at or below 3k. I can sell them all day & any day.

Our #1 selling property type? At or below 90k. Our #1 renting property type? At or below $700.00

    Thanks,

    OnTheWater,

I know the fishing is great up in your area, you said the magic words bait & tackle.

Would you mind if I head up your way and do a couple of Sub-2 deals for what I call (bait) "worm" money, I will only use your store for purchasing my bait or I will just give you the deals, for free bait.

I think I feed more fish than I catch, so it can get expensive, just to let you know in advance.
