Are There Any Good Foreclosure Web Sites?
I was just wondering, as I am moving into foreclosures, if any of the foreclosure sites I always see are any good. I appreciate your response
Thanks
Danny

has anyone had success w http://www.foreclosures.com?
I have found that www.foreclosures.com sends you to www.freeforeclosuresearch.com. I have looked at a number of sites that do this and it seems that its a pretty good site
Are you willing to pay a bit more for the house? If you really like it... in the scheme of things it may be worth a few dollars more.
You can try to have the junior lienholder agree to accept a bit less.... at least the amount it would take her to foreclose (legals costs, etc.)
Seems like you are close enough to make this deal close.
Am I missing something here 173k + 43k + 10k = 226k
looks like everyone is covered.
nevinch,
Do you know for sure, how much the 3rd lien is being offered. As previously mentioned there are foreclosure expenses as well as selling expenses, such as realtor commissions. So I would suggest finding that out, and trying to communicate with the 3rd, to get an exact idea as far as what would work for them.
Also, you might negotiate with a realtor, to cut his commission to make this deal work.[ Edited by reinatalie on Date 04/06/2005 ]
