I do that on the properties I dont want to do with anymore, or I just forward it to a realtor friend I have that sends me good leads. You should either put it under contract and post it on TCI Realty or start contacting the people you know. With that much equity I for one would be interested.
Even if I didn't want to get into apartments I would find a way to buy this and flip it.

well there is the issue of $150,000 equity in a deal of what size? How much do they want for the complex.
Need more information on the complex. # of units,unit mix,amenities and etc.
How did you arrive at the $150K equity? Appraisal? Comps?
