Anyone use SecureALease?
I'm considering using the SecureALease program and would like feedback from any landlords that currently offer this service to their tenants. Mostly I'm wondering if your tenants like this approach rather then the traditional security deposit. I can see that some would like avoiding to shell out the extra cash for the security deposit but I'm concerned if they feel that this offsets the additional monthly costs of the program.[ Edited by jbs on Date 06/23/2003 ]
