you mean vacants? unless you have there new address just skip trace them and call em up. vacant owners can be very motivated (they have already given up on the house) so i would just call them rather then sending something in the mail. if you dont have there current address then finding them isnt the easiest thing to do. good luck.
Mike, Absentee owners are a good source of leads... If you want to get people who are tired of the rental business call the ones advertsing a house for rent in the newspapers... Trust me very few people are calling them.
