Anyone Marketing To Vacant Lot Owners?

Looking to start a direct mail campaign in my area to locate cheap lots to build. Is anyone doing this? What are some of the motivations of your sellers? What about partnering with lot owner on project?

Any insight would be great ..Thanks!

    All I know is that on the botton left hand corner write forwarding address requested.. that way you will get back your letter with their new address on it. It costs twice as much but who cares.

    Also try sending them to the sellers who have been on the market 60 days and longer, mabe you will reach them before they move..

    Also call the agent who had it listed for their telephone number,, offer a 500.00 fee to them if you buy the house.

    remember the agent doesnt care since they no longer can sell the house
