I have a customer who has a 3 story apt. building in Brooklan, NY.

on Stiverson Avenue

it has 6 total units, plus a full basement he says.

what is something like this worth, or is it worth anything at all.

any info is greatly appreciated.

    I am in New York. I know Brooklyn very well. Find out what area of Brooklyn the property is in and I can give an exact value.

    I live in Brooklyn NY. It would depend on where on Stuyvesant Avenue. There are some really gorgeous brownstones in that area. Also that area is being "gentrified" so if you get a deal there I would do a buy and hold on that one. Also, depending on the size of the units you can rent in that are in the range of: studio - $600pm 1bed- $800pm 2bed $1050 - $1200pm. These rents are very realistic.
