Anyone Know About Flipping Or Renting Properties In Allentown, PA?
Anyone know about flipping or renting out properties in Allentown, PA? Has anyone either flipped or bought and rented peoperties in Allentown, PA? Is this a good city to flip or invest (buy and rent) property? If not, are any surrounding cities good?
Hi stapler,sorry do not know about property or flipping them in Allentown PA,Geez I had not even thought of it for years, though recalled an old Army buddy of mine was from there, way-way back in the mid 50's... Wow!
allentown is not a big city, so flipping is marginal. you can do it anywhere you can do it (i know that sounds redundant, but it's because it is). anywhere you find properties cheap, you can wholesale them or flip them - but in smaller cities, understand that there won't be as big of a selection as in a larger city (philly).
