Anyone In Phoenix Area Doing Short Sales, Willing To Teach?
I love this forum don’t get me wrong. However is their anyone here residing in the Phoenix area that is either seasoned or new to this that would like to set up a sudo meeting about SS’s? I have a lot of information and concepts but the small details I’m fretting over could take months for me to iron out in this forum before I feel comfortable.
Also, if anyone else has ideas about people that are normally willing to spend some time with people like me (lawyers, mortgage brokers etc); I would love to get a mentor about the SS. I love reading all the strategies but who would be willing to TEACH me.
