A: If you believe that, I've got some prime "oceanfront property" in Arizona that I would like to sell you at oceanfront prices.
(you may have to wait awhile before California drops into the ocean, but I'm sure that will happen real soon).
Sounds to me like another huckster/scam artist may be getting some gullible persons signing up. I sure they charge a fee to tell you "everything" only you will eventually find out after your money is in their pocket that they forgot to mention one basic issue that all businesses already know (remember, banks are businesses). The loan agreement might be an asset, when the bank borrows from the fed, it has a debt and therefore only picks up the spread on the interest rate. This is no different than a REI doing a wrap around mortgage.
