Anyone Familiar With FHA 223f Program For Multifam Refi?
Hello all, I have a multifam (12 unit) in MO I am looking to refi- my balloon is coming up and am trying to find a program that will let me amortize out more than 20 years.
My LTV is at 54% right now. I would love to cash out up to 70%, but am hearing nobody wants to do that right now.
Does anyone have any missouri commercial lenders they would recommend? Oh- the other problem I am running into is that my loan amount would be less than 500k, and it seems that all the better programs have a minimum loan of 500k or larger.....
