Anyone Ever Get A List Of People In Default From Lenders?

I was wondering if anyone has ever gotten a list of borrowers that are in default from a lender?

Will they gove this information away?

Who would I want to ask for at a bank or mortgage co.?

I posted the same question. The dept you need is loss mitigation dept. I dont think theyre are going to give the info out b/c they might say its confidential. I never did try it but its worth a shot. There is a post of the phone #'s of loss mitigation dept for various lenders. Do a search and you'll find it

    Good luck

If you are asking, specifically, about a list of mortgagors who are delinquent, but not yet in default of their mortgage repayment obligation.. from lenders? No. It would be a breach of their fiduciary responsibility.

Once mortgage foreclosure proceedings have been initiated, this becomes a matter of public record.

You could probably get a list of properties taken back thru the foreclosure process and are now REO.
