Anyone Ever Flip A Green-tagged Property?
Hi, I have a small house on a small lot under contract in Waco. The house needs everything...and I mean everything. It is located in a rural-type setting where people have cows, goats, chickens etc. With the code enforcement violations on the property (tagged repairable), I know that whoever ends up with this property will have to deal with this at city hall.
The property has some nice big pecan trees. I am hoping another investor will want to take it off my hands, but am considering running an ad for a cash buyer. I have a short amount of time to move on this and am not sure what the best way to go on this one would be. Any suggestions out there?

thanks for your speedy reply! I am going to ask a really small amount for this property. It is in such bad shape. But, I figure there is an end user out there that might consider the property worth having. I know in our area we have many people who come up from Mexico that could probably take a little place like this and turn it into something really nice.
