doresa, hi! we are trying to do sub-tos...live here in winston-salem, have taken a couple of the whitney courses...feeling overwhelmed with info, feeling a lack of time to commit to r e investing, but want to, etc., etc. getting good response from an ad in newspaper, "we buy houses"...but, not getting the right type of motivated seller, and then not sure what/if any deal exists with a seller that simply wants to sell just to move to another area, or move up to a bigger house. we're told if there is not a deal, move on! what's your experience? have not attended the ccrei meeting in greensboro, but did join the treia group in raleigh...lots of talent there. well, get in touch via email if you want to exchange thoughts and ideas...best of luck, dogbrain

Hi, I enjoyed the book from John Locke it was an easy read, but what I like more is the help he personally gives.
