I'm from Seattle, but currently a wannabe not an expert... there are investors in WA - if you look under the Properties tab you can see who's listing property in WA (tho they won't necessarily answer your emails!). There's an REI group based in Kirkland called REAPS, they have public talks, but it costs 80 bucks to join (ouch).
Real Estate Ass'n of Puget Sound (REAPS) meets 4th WED @ Lake WA Tech College, in Kirkland, and visitors are welcome. Check out REAPS on web..
No joining is necessary, and we lots of visitors @ meeting. Meeting attendance is usually 200+, a lot of whom are first timers. Small admission, as I recall $10 for visitors.
We have top notch, nationally known speakers, and lots of RE investors from all over the area.
The REAPS website ("reapsweb" - add your own dots!) says meetings start at 7.0 pm. They have a driving map too. If it's only 10 bucks maybe I'll go check it out.
I'm from the Seattle area. The Eastside
in particular (Sammamish).

John-
At what time does REAPS meet on January 28th? I would love to come for a visit and see what it has to offer.
Thanks,
Andy
