Ernest Tew taught Real Estate at Florida State I believe. He sells courses on investing. He spends a lot of time putting together large deals on Mobile Home Parks. I called him once at home, and he said to call him back after dinner. After dinnertime I called him and talked to him for approx 1 hour. Very intelligent, knows his way around. One of the good guys. 5 star rating ++++++

You can't go wrong with Ernest or Lonnie. Their matterials are great. Their stuff works. Use it! It can be done just like they say in the books.
I just had someone GIVE me their mobile home. A 1987 single wide in livable condition. I turned around and did a Lonnie deal and created a note for $182 a month. As Lonnie would say "that's good enough."

Thanks for all the relies, I've read a few pages and it sounds viable. Before I get into it too deep I have to finish memorizing John Lockes manual...5 times to really get it.
