Any Vegas Investors Here?
if you have ever attended a tax sale in vegas or any other part of Nevada, please let me know how many people are usually present. i plan on attending my first one in September. i'm just trying to get a little info before i go.

NV is not quite yet a tax lien state, with the exception of two counties. Are you in one of them? NV is refining the final decisions on when, how much, where, what, etc. They should be an official tax lien state as of 2004. Keep watching for updates.
i'm not sure what you have heard, but we have 7 tax sales per year hear. County sales and the city of Las Vegas sale... but keep that down, i don't want too many investors coming here to invest... lol...
