Any Tips On How To Advertise Senior Housing?
I help manage a 114 unit senior housing complex. I was hoping to get any tips, ideas, or advice on how we can effectively market our vacancies over the internet and in the real world without spending a whole lotta cash on advertising. We have tried advertising on homestore's website (listing our property and vacancies) to no avail.
Does anyone have any effective ways of marketing vacancies for senior housing in a competitive market (there are several nearby senior complexes in town).

If I were you I"d look into joining one of the landlord/rental associations and learning some good management practices...including how, where to advertise for the tenants you want.
Heard a great pro landlord, just few days ago, and he talked about exactly this, how to get the tenants he wants, instead of just pot luck...fellow named Jeff Taylor who's got national newsletter, courses, etc. on this very topic.
