Any Script For Calling?

Hi Everyone

I am brand new here and I I would like to know if It was a good idea to cold call distressed owner who are facing foreclosure. nad if so, does anyone on this forum have a script I could follow?

    In general, the only Lenders we have found that do not presently have a seasoning requirement are Credit Unions.

    Wells, BofA, Chase etc..

    Key is to gain contact to your buyers lender and walk them through the process up front.

    Well, just today we have given up on finding a Lender willing to disregard seasoning.

    We are Leasing the property to the customers for 3 months at $900/month, then we will apply $250/month to their purchase if they perform.

    Thank you for the idea
    the Lease with option to buy for the duration of the seasoning. The only problem I see here is if we are doing transactional funding, we may be stuck.
