thinking about getting a program to manage some properties. Has any one had any success or failures, any they like or dislike? any tips would be appreciated :-?
How many units are you managing?
3 ,but have a deal in progress for 30 more
Quicken will do the job without a lot of expense, read my rticle that tells you how to set it up. Also, if you want it spreadsheeted, you can use works, or excel. I have 33 units and this is what i use. Good Luck, Shawn(OH)
thank you shawn
