Any Real Life Examples Of Lease Option Purcahses Out There?
I am reading Conti & Finkel's "How to Create Multiple Streams of Income" and I was wanting to know of any real life success stories out there to support this technique. Is this a good method of investing or not? Bring on the good, bad and ugly stories

I have purchased and then leased with option to buy about 6 properties now. For the most part it has gone well. I have had a couple that are late on payments, despite verbage in contract that they lose their option money if they are ever late.
I am just getting started in L/O... Should be good, and i have been suppleied with the best contracts out there... The one you should talk to is DaveREI, he got me started, but he is so busy now he hasnt been around TCI lately... L/O is the way to go in my opinion. Control with out the risk...
