TY for the name and place. I was wondering if you had a time for the next one. I saw that you left me a message about the previous one but I was unable to attend that meeting. I you happen to know when the next one is I would appriciate the info. Ty
I'm not a member of ACRE but know, and work with several( hope I'm allowed to say that here) members. So, in case you don't already know this, they do have a website you can log onto called acrepgh.
Also, for what it's worth, as a new RE investor, you may want to concentrate in one or two areas of town and learn as much as you can about the RE trends in those particular markets (neighborhoods). This approach may help you to make better, smarter decisions right from the start. Then, branching out later on should be much easier. (And, as you probably already know, there's plenty of inventory to go around here in "the Burgh".
Sorry for the lengthy response but hope it added a little perspective as you begin your REI business.

Hello jshively,

Trying to locate the ACRE of Pgh but have been unsuccessful.
Can any one post a contact number or if that ACRE is an acronym for something to better help me search to get in touch with them.
This is the only REI type of group I have found for the Pittsburgh area: Western Pennsylvania Real Estate Investors Association
Thanks jtbrandt for the advice.
