Any Money Available To Build?

Hi, just wondering if we are not able to find a bank willing to do owner-builder mortgage financing on a single family home, if there were alternative money sources out there?

    Build a single family home. We own the building lot and 2 others and want to build the first one to live in ourselves until we are ready to build the next and then the next. My husband and friends are capable of doing 90% on the work. Just looking for alternative financing in case we have trouble getting bank loan.

    Try putting up the other two parcels as collateral.
