    Hey, datalynx2,

How did you get started? How long did it take to amass 21 properties?

Im currently looking into buying pre construction homes in king county. I have my eyes on a couple with one property which I think will do very well, I think they just got thier building permit so im just wating for them to set up so i can contact thier marketing reps.

If anyone is interested in getting in on some preconstruction properties in the king county area, give me a hollar. [ Edited by EJackson on Date 09/24/2005 ]

Hey, EnglishInn, or anyone else investing in Bremerton--

Any idea what a fair price is for something around Evergreen Park? It seems to have stabilized around 200,000-225,000 depending upon size. Is this what you are seeing too?

No, I believe some things are worth paying for. You might consider charging an application fee to cover this cost in the future.

Finniganps, what company do you use? what kind of info do they provide? and how much do they charge?

    Thanks for sharing...

I use www.tenantcheck.com and have found them to be good. They give you a high level view. I have an account with them and so it is hassle free ... they just automatically bill my credit card. They charge $25 as well.

    I use www.nationaldatasearch.biz Prices starting at $4.95
