Any Bird Dogs working in NW Atlanta Market?

I work full time and am developing a system that will cut down on my search for properties.

    I find properties in the following counties,
    fulton, dekalb, clayton, and sometimes henry. I am an investor, but I strictly do one deal at a time, and the others I give out as leads. I am also a licensed appraiser. Email me for more info. I have 7 leads posted on this site and will have more next week. Thanks grin
