Another Assignment Question?
When I find my buyer that will close in my name is it best that he is a cash buyer? I have heard there can be problems if the buyer needs financing and his morgage people won't loan him the amount needed in these situations. Let me know if I'm off base here!
The majority of investor style properties will not qualify for a "traditional" mortgage so 9 out 10 times they will need to be a cash buyer. Some investors also use Hard Money Lenders in this case to purchase the deal.
