Anonymous Seller In Double-Closing?

I have a property under purchase contract at the title company with me/my company as Buyer. I plan to sell the property to another Buyer using a double-closing and would prefer that my name/company name is not disclosed to the ultimate Buyer. Does anyone know how this can be accomplished?

Thanks for your help!

That would be illegal and could get you and your
attorney in a great deal of trouble I have done many
double closings have owned properties for less
than 15minutes however it still must be recorded in
    your name or your companies

    Scoopsie,
How did you find a title company and closing attorney that does double closings? Everyone that I calls to ask about this acts like I am not speaking English.[ Edited by kpolote on Date 05/12/2006 ]

Seek out your local RE investment club and ask around. Consecutive closing are a little out of the box but not all that unusual.
