Analyist/Birddog

When a analyist/birddog finds a vacant property, run down property etc.....

Exactly what information will most investors ask the analyist/birddog to find out about the property?

#1. The owners name and contact information
#2. Property address
#3......

Thanks
Sissy

Minimal Information would be the Property Address, and Contact Information. Anything you can provide above that is great, and can be used to increase your bird-dog fee to the investor. If you have all of the above information, and an estimate of repairs, and a preliminary title search along with an appointment with the property owner. you should expect to be paid very well for this type of lead.
Call the investors in your area, and ask them what information they require when presenting them with properties.
    Good Luck,
    Jeff

I pay my birddogs $500.00 for a property address and $1,000.00 if,I am given the owners name, address, and other contact information along with the property address.

Michael is that paid only if you close on it? I feel certain that is so but wanted to ask and be sure.
